Turnaround Time

All orders are made to order.
Standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days.
This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

Orders may be completed sooner depending on order volume.

Custom Orders

All items are custom embroidered.
Please verify all spelling, thread colors, garment colors, and sizes before finalizing your order.

Two Sweet Stitches is not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
Materials may be ordered immediately after checkout, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Quality Standards

All items are inspected before shipping.
Because embroidery is a handmade process, slight variations in stitching, placement, or color may occur. These are not considered defects.

Digitizing Services

Digitizing (turning a logo into an embroidery-ready file) starts at $12, depending on design complexity.

Local pickup is available at:
