All items require a 7–14 business day processing time before shipping.

Tracking details will be emailed once your package ships.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update in the USPS system.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Two Sweet Stitches is not responsible for:
Delays caused by USPS
Packages marked as delivered
Missing or lost packages
Damage that occurs during transit
Claims must be submitted directly to USPS.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will require the customer to pay for reshipping.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is free at:
Walmart in Broussard, Louisiana
Pickup instructions will be provided when your order is ready.
Refund and Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of embroidery, all sales are final.
No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the error is made by Two Sweet Stitches.

We are not responsible for customer errors such as:
Incorrect spelling
Wrong size selected
Wrong color chosen
Incorrect credentials entered

Errors Made by Two Sweet Stitches
If you receive an item with an error made by us, contact within 48 hours of delivery.

Order name
Photos of the item
Description of the issue
Corrections will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once materials have been prepared or embroidery has started.
